Production Employee (m/w/x)
In dieser Rolle stellst du die termingerechte Materialversorgung sicher, indem du Bestände und Supply-Chain-Daten steuerst und eng mit internationalen Lieferanten sowie internen Teams (Einkauf, Qualität, Engineering, Management) zusammenarbeitest. Dabei kommunizierst du lösungsorientiert, handelst integer und vertraulich und bringst interkulturelle Sensibilität in die diverse, internationale Organisation ein.
- Verwaltung und Pflege von Supply-Chain-Daten im ERP-System (Bestellungen, Bestände, Liefertermine)
- Koordination der Materialverfügbarkeit mit Einkauf, Lager und Produktion
- Überwachung und Steuerung der Bestände (Rohmaterial, Fertigwaren, WIP) sowie Aktualisierung des WIP-Status
- Bearbeitung von Bestellungen, Lieferscheinen und Versanddokumenten
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Lieferanten und internen Stakeholdern zur Sicherstellung termingerechter Lieferungen
- Management von Lieferanten-RMAs (Rücksendungen) inklusive Dokumentation und Nachverfolgung
- Erstellung von Reports und KPIs (z. B. Bestandsgenauigkeit, Durchlaufzeiten) sowie Unterstützung von Prozessoptimierungen und Lean-Ansätzen
- Abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor) oder Berufsausbildung in Supply Chain Management, Logistik, Betriebswirtschaft oder einem verwandten Bereich (mind. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung)
- Starke Organisations- und Koordinationsfähigkeiten
- Hohe Genauigkeit und Sorgfalt im Umgang mit Daten
- Gutes Verständnis von Supply-Chain-Prozessen (Bestände und WIP)
- Kenntnisse in Lieferantenqualitätsprozessen und RMA-Abwicklung
- Sichere Anwendung von ERP-Systemen (idealerweise D365), Power BI und MS Office
- Analytische Denkweise sowie gute Kommunikations- und Stakeholder-Management-Skills
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mindestens B2)
