Operations Specialist (m/w/d)
Näher an einen Krimi kommt kein Bürojob: Eine Ermittlungsgruppe ist einem Netzwerk auf der Spur. Um weiterzukommen, braucht sie Zugriff auf das, was die Verdächtigen am Telefon besprechen – wer mit wem telefoniert, wann und von wo. Was im Tatort nach zwei Minuten erledigt ist, ist in Wirklichkeit ein präziser, streng geregelter Prozess. Genau da kommen wir ins Spiel: Wir bei ICS International Carrier Services setzen Überwachungsmaßnahmen für Strafverfolgung und Staatsschutz um – an der Schnittstelle zwischen Polizei, Justiz und Telekommunikationsanbietern. Aufgaben
Du sorgst dafür, dass ein hochsensibler Prozess reibungslos läuft, bei dem Fehler keine Option sind:
- Du bearbeitest die Anordnungen, die von Behörden bei uns eingehen – sorgfältig, fristgerecht, fehlerfrei
- Du kommunizierst direkt mit Polizeidienststellen, Staatsanwaltschaften und unseren Kunden
- Du erstellst die Abrechnungen für durchgeführte Maßnahmen
- Du bringst dich ein, wenn du siehst, dass sich Abläufe verbessern lassen

Qualifikation

- Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch – schriftlich wie am Telefon
- Du bist ein Teamplayer in einem kleinen Team, in dem man sich aufeinander verlässt
- Du kannst dir deine Arbeit selbst einteilen – und dich dafür auch selbst gut organisieren
