We combine technology and experience design to create emotive yet conversion-focused ideas, products, and campaigns at scale and speed. Our specialty is digital experiences and communication that change perceptions and shape new behaviours to make a difference in the market.</em></p> <p>In a central key role, you will oversee the implementation of our complex B2C and B2B projects. This includes consulting of our clients, planning and facilitating scoping workshops, initial setup and grooming of product backlogs, creating and prioritising epics &amp; user stories, developing product roadmaps, and leading the projects to launch.</p> <p><strong>WHAT YOU’LL DO:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Consulting our clients on the project scope in terms of e.g. features, priority and (business) impact;</li> <li>Planning and executing project discovery phases together with our other craft experts;</li> <li>Working closely with our delivery team to plan and execute project iterations and follow-up with the necessary ceremonies and meetings;</li> <li>Owning and managing the project scope and the expectations that come with it and communicating progress and issues excellently both internally and with stakeholders / clients while working hand in hand with our project management;</li> <li>Leading our projects to success – by your diverse expertise in creation, strategy, quality and tech, and by involving external and internal stakeholder</li> </ul> <p><strong>WHAT YOU BRING:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Working proficiency in both German and English (C1, spoken and written)</li> <li>5+ years of experience in a similar position and within e-commerce (B2C/B2B) or similar IT projects;</li> <li>5+ years of experience in agile methodologies as well as leading interdisciplinary teams;</li> <li>IT agency experience</li> <li>A high sense of responsibility &amp; ownership and the willingness to steer, control and make decisions in order to ensure the success of your projects;</li> <li>Extensive knowledge of common project management methods and tools (Jira, Confluence);</li> <li>Deep skills in requirements engineering and scope management;</li> <li>Strong analytical, strategic, and coordination skills;</li> <li>Empathetic and recipient-oriented communication and a confident appearance towards various stakeholders;</li> <li>Solid consulting expertise to lead our clients to their desired outcome;</li> <li>Experience in planning and conducting internal and external workshops based on a variety of formats;</li> <li>Ideally a certified Product Owner (CSPO / ACSPO; although long-term project experience is the primary focus);</li> <li>Preferably some experience on the agency or service provider side;</li> <li>The ability to work with and lead international teams;</li> </ul> <p><strong>WE OFFER:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Flexible, hybrid working policy (1-2 days at the office, depending on location);</li> <li>Company pension scheme.</li> <li>Lease bike options / JobRad and 25% subsidy for the Deutschlandticket.</li> <li>Occasional breakfast/lunch at the office, Smoothie Tuesdays.</li> <li>Stay happy and healthy with a contribution to your health through the OpenUp platform;</li> <li>€50 personal monthly allowance via our dedicated benefits apps for use across daily expenses and lifestyle perks.</li> <li>Future Bens - Exclusive access to sustainable, healthy products at attractive deals.</li> <li>Social events, plenty of opportunities to connect with colleagues through organised activities and celebrations.</li> <li>A reputation for doing good.
