En tant que Computer-Crack, tu veilles à l'utilisation optimale et au soutien de diverses ressources TIC. Tu es prêt/e,
- à enthousiasmer avec ta fascination pour les produits et les tendances du monde des TIC
- à rechercher et mettre en œuvre la solution optimale pour les besoins du client - indépendamment ou avec un autre spécialiste.
- à installer et maintenir le matériel et les logiciels en fonction des besoins de tes clients ou à développer les configurations des appareils
- à offrir à tes clients un soutien ciblé et compétent pour toutes les demandes d'assistance grâce à tes vastes connaissances spécialisées
- à utiliser rapidement et correctement tes connaissances des paramètres spécifiques à l'entreprise du Hardware et Software lors des installations et dans les cas d'assistance
Ce que tu apportes
- Scolarité obligatoire achevée, degré moyen (secondaire) avec des résultats constamment entre bons à très bons
- Le français, les mathématiques et l'anglais font partie de tes points forts
- Connaissances de l'allemand oral
- Tu es fasciné(e) par les produits et les tendances du monde des TIC
- Ton plaisir et ta patience dans les relations avec les gens te permettent de découvrir rapidement le problème effectif de ton interlocuteur
- Tu accordes une grande importance aux bonnes manières
- Grâce à ta pensée logique-abstraite distinctive, tu gardes toujours la vue d'ensemble même dans les situations complexes
- Grâce à ta façon exacte de penser et de travailler, tu ne perds aucun détail de vue lorsque tu trouves une solution
- Ta curiosité te pousse à vouloir constamment découvrir et apprendre de nouvelles choses
