Product Manager II
Job Title: Product Manager II – Storefront & Growth (TOING)
Location: Bangalore, Karnataka (3 days a week in office)
Experience: Minimum of 4- 5 years in product management, with strong experience in B2C products and growth-led impact.

Toing is an affordability-first food ordering app built for students and young professionals. We believe the next 100 million food delivery users will be won not by selection or speed alone, but by trust, value, and an experience designed for them. Toing removes the biggest barriers to ordering: guaranteed offline price matching, zero platform & packaging fees, and a simple, intuitive experience with moments of delight that keep people coming back.
In this role, you'll own the end-to-end consumer product and growth journey, from acquiring first-time users to building loyal, repeat customers.

What we’re looking for
Minimum of 4–5 years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in B2C products.
Proven track record of driving measurable growth (activation, engagement, retention, or revenue).
Deep consumer empathy - you can understand motivations, anxieties, and triggers that drive behaviour.
Data-driven mindset - fluent in funnels, cohorts, A/B testing, and product analytics.
Experimentation DNA - you’re comfortable shipping quickly, learning fast, and iterating relentlessly.
Exposure to AI-powered products or a strong interest in leveraging AI for personalisation and growth.
Strong collaboration and storytelling skills to align teams around growth priorities.
