SEO Manager - Organic Marketing
Title: SEO Expert, Organic Search
Location: Hyderabad
Summary: A SEO Expert to own HighRadius's organic search strategy end-to-end, driving high-intent pipeline through technical SEO, proprietary content, and emerging GEO (generative engine) visibility, for one of our core product-line.
This role owns organic search as a pipeline-generating channel, not just a traffic channel. She/ He will be accountable for the volume and quality of Organic Search MQLs, while also building HighRadius's authority through technical SEO excellence, original research-led content, and growing visibility across both traditional search (Google, Bing) and generative/AI search surfaces. The role requires equal comfort in the weeds of crawl logs and schema markup, and in the room with senior cross-functional stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Own organic search performance: Drive end-to-end SEO strategy to generate Assigned High Intent and Medium Intent MQLs from Organic Search, with primary accountability for the High Intent MQL roll-up target.
- Lead technical SEO: Diagnose and resolve crawlability, indexation, site architecture, and rendering issues, partnering closely with engineering to keep the site fully discoverable and rankable on Google and Bing.
- Drive GEO visibility growth: Improve visibility for top keyword queries across all HighRadius product suites within generative/AI search experiences (GEO), tracking improvement against the target month over month.
- Build proprietary content authority: Lead the production of proprietary, data-backed content assets (benchmarks, research, frameworks) that differentiate HighRadius and meet approved publication targets.
- Manage cross-functional stakeholders: Work closely with Product, Content, Web Engineering, Sales, and Marketing Analytics leaders to align on priorities, secure resourcing, and report progress against organic search KPIs.
- Own keyword and ranking strategy: Build and execute the roadmap to rank target pages organically on Google and Bing, balancing quick wins with sustained authority-building for competitive, high-intent terms.
- Forecast and report on pipeline impact: Track and report HI/MI MQL contribution from organic search against targets, surfacing risks early and recommending course corrections to leadership.
- Mentor and guide the broader SEO function: Bring deep subject-matter expertise to upskill the wider marketing team on technical SEO, content strategy, and search fundamentals.
- Highly knowledgeable in Digital Tools: High expertise in modern SEO tools like AthenaHQ, Matamo, etc.
Must Haves
- 8-10 years of experience in SEO, with a strong, demonstrable track record in both strategic and technical SEO.
- Mandatory experience in B2B SaaS, with an understanding of long, multi-stakeholder buying cycles and high-intent keyword strategy.
- Deep technical SEO expertise, including site architecture, crawl budget management, indexation, structured data, and Core Web Vitals.
- Strong working knowledge of how Google (and Bing) crawling, indexing, and ranking systems work, and how to influence them.
- Proven expertise in proprietary content strategy: ideating, briefing, and shipping original research, data studies, or frameworks that earn organic visibility and links.
- Hands-on stakeholder management experience, with the ability to influence Product, Content, Website, and Sales leaders.
- Comfort owning and reporting against pipeline-linked KPIs (MQLs, GEO visibility, content output).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical SEO findings into business impact for senior leadership.
