Aufgaben
- Die Koordination und Leitung komplexer Entwicklungs- und Kundenprojekte im Bereich hybrider Mikrosysteme (Dickschicht, LTCC und PCB) gehören bei uns zu deinen Aufgaben.
- Du setzt technische Entwicklungen um – von CAD-Layout- und Konstruktionsaufgaben über Machbarkeitsprüfungen bis hin zur Bemusterung.
- In enger Abstimmung mit den Fachbereichen spezifizierst Du Entwicklungsanforderungen und begleitest die Überführung neuer Produkte in die Serienfertigung.
- Du bearbeitest Forschungs- und Entwicklungsaufgaben in enger Zusammenarbeit mit externen Partnern und bringst Deine Expertise in gemeinsame Projekte ein.
Qualifikation
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor oder Master) der Elektrotechnik, Feinwerktechnik, Werkstofftechnik, Mechatronik, einer Naturwissenschaft oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- Erste Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
- Gute Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Elektronik sowie Mess- und Prüftechnik; Erfahrungen im Produktmanagement sind von Vorteil
- Sicherer Umgang mit analytischen und statistischen Methoden
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Layoutsoftware (z. B. Altium Designer, Mentor Graphics oder vergleichbare Systeme)
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie Eigeninitiative und Flexibilität
