YGO entwickelt die KI-Infrastruktur für die Reisebranche. Die Art und Weise, wie Menschen Reisen planen und buchen, verändert sich gerade grundlegend. Klassische, suchbasierte Buchungsprozesse werden zunehmend durch personalisierte, KI-gestützte Erlebnisse ersetzt.
Genau hier setzen wir an. Die meisten Reiseunternehmen arbeiten noch mit komplexen, voneinander getrennten Systemen, die nicht für moderne KI-Anwendungen ausgelegt sind. Mit YGO helfen wir ihnen dabei, diese Lücke zu schließen, ohne dass sie ihre bestehende Infrastruktur komplett neu aufbauen müssen.
Unsere modulare KI-Plattform umfasst AI Search, Recommendations, Packaging, Content Automation, Customer Service und AI Assistant Integration. Damit ermöglichen wir Reiseunternehmen, ihr digitales Kundenerlebnis Schritt für Schritt zu modernisieren und KI dort einzusetzen, wo sie echten Mehrwert schafft. Zu unseren Kunden gehören bereits führende Unternehmen der Branche wie Condor, DER Touristik, Secret Escapes und Kurzurlaub.
Unterstützt werden wir von Caesar Ventures sowie den Gründern von FlixBus, HomeToGo und der GetAway Group.
Zur Unterstützung unseres Finance-Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt zuverlässige und strukturierte Unterstützung in Teilzeit.
Aufgaben
Vorbereitung, Prüfung und Erfassung von Eingangs- und Ausgangsrechnungen
Unterstützung bei der Kreditoren- und Debitorenbuchhaltung
Abstimmung und Pflege von Stammdaten
Vorbereitung von Unterlagen für Steuerberater, Finanzbuchhaltung und Monatsabschlüsse
Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Reports und Auswertungen
Verwaltung und Optimierung digitaler Dokumenten- und Ablageprozesse
Allgemeine kaufmännische und administrative Tätigkeiten
Unterstützung bei Finance- und Operations-Projekten im Tagesgeschäft
Qualifikation
Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Erste Erfahrung im Bereich Buchhaltung, Rechnungswesen oder Finance
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel
Strukturierte, sorgfältige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
Hohe Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
Freude an digitalen Prozessen und modernen Tools
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
