Aufgaben

Erstellung von Energiekonzepten, Machbarkeitsanalysen und Wirtschaftlichkeitsberechnungen

Simulation von Wärmepumpen und PV-Anlagen
-
Durchführung von Energieaudits
-
Energiemonitoring (AMEV)
-
Abwärmenutzung
-
Kalkulation von Energiecontracting-Angeboten für Wärme, Kälte und Strom
-
Kommunikation mit Kunden und Partnern
-
Qualitäts-, Kosten- und Terminplanung sowie deren Überwachung und Dokumentation
-
Anleitung und Koordination von Planungspartnern sowie Planprüfung und -optimierung
Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige praktische Berufserfahrung in der Planung und Projektleitung von Energiecontractingprojekten
- Studium im Bereich Umweltingenieurwesen, Gebäude-/Versorgungstechnik, Gebäudeklimatik, Maschinenbau oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Hohe Kenntnisse in Förderprogrammen (KfW, BAFA) und energiewirtschaftlichen Rahmenbedingungen
- Hohe baupraktische und rechtliche Kenntnisse bei der Sanierung von Wohnungs- und Bürobauten
- Fundierte IT-Affinität inkl. sehr guten Kenntnissen in MS Office
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Idealerweise Kenntnisse in Branchensoftware wie PV-Sol, Polysun, IDA ICE, nPro Energy etc.
