Du analysierst Prozesse, tüftelst an neuen Workflows und testest Automatisierungen, die uns den Alltag leichter machen. Deine Aufgaben
Du analysierst und optimierst Prozesse in verschiedenen Teams und Projekten
Du entwickelst und baust (KI-gestützt) Automatisierungen
Du arbeitest mit Produkt-, Entwicklungs- und Operationsteams zusammen und bekommst dadurch Einblicke in viele Bereiche
Du erstellst, dokumentierst und testest neue Workflows
Du bringst deine Ideen ein und gestaltest aktiv unsere Arbeitsweise mit

Du absolvierst gerade ein laufendes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, BWL, Data Science oder vergleichbar und studierst mindestens noch 1,5 Jahre
Du hast mindestens 1 Jahr Berufserfahrung in Form einer Werkstudententätigkeit in relevanten Bereichen
Du begeisterst dich für KI, Automatisierung und Prozessmanagement
Du hast idealerweise erste Erfahrung mit KI-Anwendungen, No-Code-/Low-Code-Automation-Tools (z. B. n8n, Zapier), RPA-Tools oder Programmierung
Du hast Freude an analytischem Denken und der Optimierung von Abläufen
Du arbeitest selbstständig und strukturiert
Du hast Deutschkenntnisse auf C2-Niveau und Englischkenntnisse auf B2-Niveau
