Standortleiter (m/w/d) Baustoffe | Augsburg
Für unseren Mandanten, ein erfolgreiches und etabliertes Unternehmen im Baustoffhandel, suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Niederlassungsleiter (m/w/d) für den Standort Augsburg.
Aufgaben
- Gesamtverantwortung für die wirtschaftliche und operative Steuerung des Standorts
- Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung des Teams
- Ausbau und Pflege langfristiger Kunden- und Lieferantenbeziehungen
- Verantwortung für Umsatz, Ergebnis sowie die Erreichung der Standortziele
- Optimierung interner Abläufe und Sicherstellung effizienter Prozesse
- Preisverhandlungen mit Lieferanten sowie Umsetzung regionaler Vertriebs- und Marketingmaßnahmen
Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium
- Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung im Baustoffhandel, Baustoffsektor Baumarkt oder einem vergleichbaren Vertriebsumfeld
- Fundierte Marktkenntnisse im Bereich Baustoffe sowie ein bestehendes Netzwerk zu Kunden und Lieferanten
- Erfahrung in der betriebswirtschaftlichen Steuerung eines Standorts (inkl. GuV-Verantwortung)
- Unternehmerisches Denken, Führungsstärke und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
