Aufgaben
Du erfasst Kundendaten, erstellst Tageskarten und aktualisierst den Kundenstamm
Du nimmst Leergut und Retouren entgegen und kontrollierst Eintritte
Du betreust die Telefonzentrale sowie Info- und Prospektbereiche
Du wickelst das Inkasso effizient ab und machst die Kassenabrechnung korrekt
Du begrüsst unsere Kundschaft freundlich und sorgst für einen professionellen ersten Eindruck
Du übernimmst Zusatzaufgaben rund um Empfang und Service, wo's dich braucht
Anforderungen
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Detailhandel oder in der Lebensmittelbranche (z. B. , Bäcker:in, :in)
Du arbeitest zuverlässig, effizient und hast ein gepflegtes Auftreten
Du bist fit im Umgang mit MS Office
Du gehst offen auf Menschen zu und hast Freude am Kundenkontakt
Du bist belastbar und bleibst auch in hektischen Momenten freundlich
Du sprichst fliessend Deutsch und arbeitest gerne im Team
