Für unseren Standort in Laufen / Baselland suchen wir einen Disponenten / Sachbearbeiter Kundendienst (m / w / d) In dieser anspruchsvollen Funktion sind Sie für folgende Aufgabenschwerpunkte zuständig: * Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung der Service- und Schadenmeldungen * Bearbeitung der Servicefälle in CRM und SAP * Disposition (Termin- und Routenplanung für die Servicetechniker im Aussendienst) * Ansprechperson für diverse Kundenanliegen * Verrechnung von Serviceaufträgen und Material mittels CRM und SAP * Materialbestellungen für Serviceaufträge und für das Kundendienstlager * Allgemeine administrative Aufgaben Sie haben idealerweise bereits Berufserfahrung im Kundendienst und der Disposition gesammelt. Ausserdem stehen Sie gerne im telefonischen Kontakt mit unseren Kunden. Sie sprechen Schweizerdeutsch und verfügen vorzugsweise über gute Französischkenntnisse. Der Umgang mit dem PC (MS Office, evtl. SAP) ist Ihnen vertraut. Sie sind ein kommunikativer und kundenorientierter Teamplayer, welcher auch in hektischen Momenten einen kühlen Kopf bewahrt.
