What you accomplish
- Independently manage a portfolio of commercial properties, mainly consisting of Migros centres, as well as some mixed-use and residential buildings.
- Be the primary contact for our tenants, with whom you build trusting relationships: negotiation, drafting and monitoring of leases, management of amendments, extensions and terminations.
- Supervise all administrative tasks related to property management: invoicing, service charge statements, indexations, collection of turnover figures.
- Work closely with internal teams (projects and construction, facility management, accounting, centre management) to ensure smooth and aligned management.
- Act as landlord or tenant with rigour, reliability and a sense of responsibility.
- Actively contribute to the marketing of spaces: tenant search, vacancy management, market analysis.
What you bring
- Education: Federal diploma
- Specialisation: Property management
- Professional experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar property management role
- Mastery of commercial lease law as well as property management tools (ideally SAP RE-FX).
- Good sense of priorities, clear and constructive communication.
- You know how to take initiative while sharing in a collaborative and multidisciplinary environment.
