Founder's Associate (GTM/Sales)
About the Role
We're a fast-growing, AI-native B2B SaaS startup building intelligent customer support tooling for technical teams — think automated complex ticket resolution, AI copilot for agents, and deep integrations with tools like Zendesk, Jira, and Slack. Our small but high-conviction team (under 15 people) is looking for a Founder's Associate (GTM/Sales) to sit at the very front of our go-to-market motion.
You'll work directly alongside the CEO, helping shape and execute our GTM strategy from the ground up. This is a high-ownership, high-impact role — not a support role. If you love the thrill of early outbound, sharp discovery conversations, and building AI-native sales processes, this is for you.
On-site in Munich, Germany is required. Visa sponsorship is not available.
What You'll Do
Own frontline outreach — craft smart outbound campaigns and reach out to the right prospects via email, LinkedIn, and phone to book discovery calls.
Generate and qualify lead lists; identify and prioritise high-potential accounts.
Lead and participate in discovery calls, establish shared communication channels, and guide qualified leads into the trial experience.
Experiment with new growth and outbound channels, taking full ownership of what you test.
Track every step of the pipeline meticulously and continuously improve conversion rates.
Leverage AI tools to the maximum extent across all responsibilities — and help build genuinely AI-native internal workflows alongside the team.
Partner closely with the CEO to iterate on GTM strategy based on real market signals.
What We're Looking For
Must-haves (dealbreakers if missing):
Native-level fluency in German — non-negotiable for this role.
Hands-on experience with CRM tools and outbound sales workflows, including accurate pipeline tracking and reporting.
Proven experience crafting and executing outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, cold calls) and leading discovery calls.
Experience with GTM strategy development and execution in a startup environment.
Located in Munich or genuinely willing to relocate; fully on-site role.
Strong ownership mindset — you take responsibility for your work and its outcomes.
Comfort using AI and LLMs in day-to-day workflows; you don't just dabble, you actively explore what's possible.
Thrives in small, high-accountability teams where everyone wears multiple hats.
Nice to have:
Experience at a B2B SaaS, AI, or customer support software company (e.g. Intercom, Freshworks, Zendesk, Gorgias, or similar).
Track record of impressive results — from past roles or even side projects — that you're excited to talk about.
A habit of continuously pushing to improve your work and its impact.
