Cette opportunité vous permettra de jouer un rôle clé dans la conception et l'évolution d'architectures d'automatisation destinées à des environnements industriels exigeants.
Votre mission
En tant qu'automation architect, vous êtes le référent technique pour la structuration et l'évolution des solutions d'automatisation.
Vous serez notamment amené(e) à :
• Concevoir, développer et faire évoluer des bibliothèques modulaires de blocs fonctionnels pour les environnements PLC et SCADA (Siemens TIA Portal, WinCC).
• Définir et mettre en place des standards de programmation, des bonnes pratiques et des architectures permettant de garantir la qualité, la maintenabilité et la réutilisabilité des développements.
• Identifier les points communs entre différents projets afin de transformer des développements spécifiques en solutions standardisées.
• Coordonner les activités entre les équipes internes et les partenaires externes en assurant un véritable leadership technique.
• Structurer, répartir et valider les lots de développement tout au long des projets.
• Rédiger et maintenir la documentation technique : descriptions d'architecture, directives de programmation, définitions d'interfaces et documents de transfert.
• Participer à l'amélioration continue des solutions existantes avec un fort accent sur la standardisation, la performance et l'efficacité.
• Intervenir ponctuellement lors des mises en service sur site lorsque cela est nécessaire.
ProfilVous disposez d'une solide expérience en automatisation industrielle et souhaitez évoluer dans un rôle davantage orienté architecture et standardisation.
Vous vous reconnaissez dans plusieurs des éléments suivants :
• Minimum 3 ans d'expérience en automation industrielle.
• Excellente maîtrise des systèmes PLC (Siemens S7-1500, TIA Portal, Structured Text/SCL, LAD, FBD) et/ou des environnements SCADA/HMI (WinCC Classic ou Unified).
• Une expertise dans les deux domaines constitue un réel atout.
• Vous avez développé des bibliothèques, composants réutilisables, templates ou standards techniques.
• Vous aimez concevoir des solutions modulaires et faire évoluer une même technologie sur plusieurs projets.
• Vous possédez une approche analytique et systémique permettant de structurer des architectures robustes et évolutives.
• Vous avez déjà participé à la rédaction de documentation technique structurante (architectures, guidelines, interfaces, documentation de transfert...).
• Vous appréciez coordonner des équipes techniques, accompagner des développeurs et collaborer avec des partenaires externes.
• Une expérience dans un environnement réglementé (MedTech, pharmaceutique ou industrie similaire) constitue un atout.
• Vous communiquez couramment en anglais. La connaissance du français et/ou de l'allemand est un plus.
