Content Operations Coordinator
Team Overview
You will be joining the International Growth team, supporting initiatives that enable high-potential clients to scale their businesses across global markets. The team covers the APAC region (with members across Japan, Singapore, India, and China) and provides strategic market entry and cross-border expansion advice.
This role primarily provides internal-facing marketing and communications support, ensuring knowledge sharing, resource organization, and enablement across teams and markets globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Internal Communications & Newsletter Strategy:
- Curate, edit, and distribute a monthly global newsletter reaching ~3,000 internal members.
- Exercise sound judgment to create engaging, well-structured, and impactful newsletter content.
- Gather updates and resources from cross-functional teams across APAC and global hubs.
- Repository & Hub Management:
- Manage and maintain the internal Export Hub (a centralized resource and content repository).
- Ensure documentation, decks, and enablement materials are organized and up to date.
- Content Creation & AI Tool Utilization:
- Utilize modern AI tools to streamline hub management, newsletter creation, and content workflows.
- Draft, refine, and review marketing collateral, presentation texts, and internal/external articles.
- Use AI tools to translate presentation decks into English and perform final reviews for cultural appropriateness, native English quality, and clean formatting.
- Ad-Hoc Communications Support:
- Assist with recurring monthly tasks, administrative workflows, and operational requests.
- Support occasional internal or external communication drives for new regional tools, features, or service launches.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 1 to 3+ years of experience in marketing content, digital newsletters, or internal/external communications. Open to candidates from tech, corporate, or agency backgrounds.
- Language Skills: Native-level English proficiency (written and verbal) is required to review, refine, and format content effectively.
- Digital & AI Savviness: Strong familiarity with digital content distribution, newsletter platforms, and a strong eagerness/willingness to learn and use AI tools for content generation and workflow efficiency.
- Marketing Judgment: Strong editorial eye for what makes clean, high-quality, and visually appealing marketing collateral and newsletters.
- Cross-Cultural Collaboration: Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional team members spread across different APAC markets (Japan, Singapore, India, China).
