- Accueillir et établir un diagnostic social avec les personnes accompagnées
- Informer individuellement et collectivement sur les dispositifs d'aide sociale disponibles
- Construire des plans d'aide personnalisés et soutenir les démarches des personnes accompagnées
- Développer des partenariats avec des acteurs locaux et assurer une veille sociale et juridique
- Collaborer avec l'équipe pluridisciplinaire et participer aux réunions pour optimiser l'accompagnement

Nous recherchons un(e) assistant(e) social(e) passionné(e) pour accompagner les personnes précaires au sein d'une association engagée. - Diplôme d'État d'Assistant(e) de Service Social (DEASS) requis - Excellentes compétences en écoute et communication pour établir un diagnostic social - Expérience souhaitée dans les domaines social ou médico-social - Compétences en gestion des dispositifs d'aide sociale légale et travail en équipe - Sens de la déontologie, discrétion et réserve nécessaires pour des missions de confiance Processus de recrutement Vous cherchez un job ?
