- Du denkst dich mit Begeisterung in die fachlichen Fragestellungen unserer Kund*innen ein und entwickelst hochqualitative und skalierbare Softwarelösungen.
- Du implementierst User Stories in Java, optimierst bestehenden Code und bringst dein tiefgreifendes Verständnis für Clean Code Praktiken ein.
- Du entwickelst und optimierst kontinuierlich automatisierte Testszenarien, um eine hohe Qualität des Codes zu gewährleisten.
- Du führst Code Reviews durch, arbeitest im Pair Programming und förderst aktiv den Know-how-Transfer im Team.
- Du treibst die Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der im Team etablierten Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery Pipeline voran, um Effizienz und Qualität nachhaltig zu maximieren.
Das bringst du mit
- Ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung
- Umfassende Expertise in der Entwicklung komplexer Anwendungen unter Einsatz aktueller Java-Frameworks wie Spring Boot
- Erfahrung mit Kubernetes oder Docker in einer Cloud Umgebung
- Gute Kenntnisse in Containerisierungstechnologien und -praktiken sowie Erfahrung mit CI/CD Werkzeugen wie Jenkins oder GitLab
- Lust auf agiles Arbeiten, hohe Eigeninitiative und eine starke Motivation, dich kontinuierlich mit neuen Technologien und Trends auseinanderzusetzen.
- Praktische Erfahrung im Einsatz von KI-Tools in der Softwareentwicklung und die Fähigkeit, diese gezielt und kritisch in den Entwicklungsalltag zu integrieren.
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1) und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, um effektiv im Team und mit Kund*innen zu interagieren.
