Ihre Aufgaben
- Fallführend sind Sie verantwortlich für die Beratung und Behandlung von Patienten und Patientinnen, die Probleme mit dem Konsum von legalen und/oder illegalen Substanzen haben oder von nicht stoffgebundenen Abhängigkeiten betroffen sind
- Beratung von Angehörigen, Einbeziehung des weiteren sozialen Umfelds bei Bedarf und Pflege der fachlich-institutionellen Vernetzung
- Enge Zusammenarbeit im multidisziplinären Team mit der Durchführung von Einzel- und Gruppentherapien
- Verantwortung für die testpsychologische Diagnostik
- Weiterentwicklung von Behandlungskonzepten in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Leitungsteam
Ihr Profil
- Masterabschluss in Psychologie
- Eine abgeschlossene oder fortgeschrittene Weiterbildung in Psychotherapie
- Erfahrung in Fallführung und Leitung von therapeutischen Gruppen
- Berufserfahrung in klinischer Psychiatrie und wünschenswert suchttherapeutische Erfahrung
- Sie haben Interesse an der Behandlung jugendlicher Patent*innen und der Betreuung deren Angehörigen
Die Psychiatrie Baselland (PBL) zählt zu den führenden psychiatrischen Institutionen in der Nordwestschweiz. Sie bietet umfassende ambulante, tagesklinische, aufsuchende (Home Treatment) und stationäre Therapien für Erwachsene sowie Kinder und Jugendliche. Psychisch und mehrfach beeinträchtigte Menschen unterstützt sie in den Bereichen Wohnen, Arbeit und Tagesgestaltung ( Zudem hält sie eine Beteiligung an der WorkMed AG, dem Zentrum Arbeit und psychische Gesundheit. Die PBL beschäftigt an mehreren Standorten im Kanton Basel-Landschaft rund 1'300 Mitarbeitende und behandelt, betreut und berät pro Jahr über 15'000 Patientinnen und Patienten (
