We are looking for a Park Ranger to join the team, at our Rowley Park Sports Stadium!

Within this role you will be managing the daily operational requirements of the sporting and recreational facilities within the stadium as required. You will be undertaking duties to ensure the daily management and maintenance on the outdoor facilities and our Kiosk. We are looking for someone who has high standards of work to ensure all areas of the Park are maintained well, keeping them litter free and regular patrols in place, to deter vandalism and anti-social behavior.

Hours: 26.5 hours per week, Monday - Sunday (rota basis)

  • To provide a high profile presence on the Park through regular patrols to deter vandalism, misuse and anti-social behaviour.
  • To be responsible for the health, safety and welfare of yourself and employees you are working with.
  • Daily inspection and routine maintenance of the children’s play area.
  • To represent Freedom Leisure Trust in a professional manner and ensure a good level of customer care, assisting the Park users with general enquires and tackling anti-social behaviour etc
  • Ensuring that all areas of the Park are maintained and presented to the highest standards
  • To provide accurate written records of inspections and duties in line with the current working procedures.
  • Maintaining security of all Park buildings and facilities by ensuring that the site is appropriately opened and closed at the published times.
  • To assist with the running and maintenance of our Kiosk
  • First Aid Qualification is desirable
