Vice President Brand & Marketing
BeOnd is reimagining premium leisure travel as a luxury, hassle-free experience. As a premium leisure airline, the company is focused on delivering a distinctive journey built around all-lie-flat service, elevated brand standards, and a modern view of hospitality in air travel.
This is a high-impact leadership role for a brand and marketing executive who can shape how BeOnd is seen in the market and how that positioning translates into commercial performance. You will guide the brand at the highest level, working closely with senior leadership to strengthen presence, sharpen differentiation, and connect marketing activity to business growth.
Responsibilities
- Own the full Brand & Marketing function across brand, marketing, digital, social, content, and events.
- Set and protect BeOnd's brand identity and premium positioning in partnership with the CEO.
- Lead the full marketing mix across performance marketing, digital campaigns, social media, PR, and corporate events.
- Build, lead, and develop teams across digital, brand, PR, events, social, and creative.
- Partner with the CCO and Sales VPs to connect brand and demand generation to bookings and yield.
- Own the marketing budget, agency relationships, and reporting on brand health and ROI.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in brand and marketing leadership, with experience in premium travel, airlines, or luxury hospitality.
- Deep expertise across digital marketing, brand strategy, PR, and performance analytics.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and a CRM platform.
- Experience using reporting tools to connect campaigns to bookings and ROI.
- Strong track record of making data-driven marketing decisions with commercial rigor.
- Experience managing agency relationships and working with PR, media, and sales partners.
- Proven ability to partner with C-suite, executive, and commercial leaders on growth strategy in a founder-led brand environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading both brand and performance marketing together rather than in isolation.
- Track record of building and leading small, high-output multidisciplinary marketing and creative teams.
- Experience with paid social platforms such as Meta.
