Administration Assistant
We have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join the team at U-Drive!
Reporting into the Fleet Sales Manager, you will work a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday, and will assist the current Fleet Admin team. The successful candidate will be a positive and friendly individual with a ‘can do’ attitude.
About the Role
Assist with:
· Completing the administration process of adding and removing vehicles from the rental fleet
· Keeping our rental system up to date with current vehicle groups
· Ensuring new vehicles are also uploaded to our recovery provider
· Liaising with suppliers regarding new vehicle deliveries
· Processing spare keys for our fleet of over 4000 vehicles
· The administration process of selling vehicles (processing V5Cs etc)
· Answering the telephone and speaking to customers
· Keeping other departments up to date on fleet additions or defleets
· Ensuring all vehicles are correctly taxed
· Direct marketing of our ‘trade only’ vehicle sales platform
· Administering workload for the sign-writing team
· Book any work required for sale vehicles before they can be sold
This is a full-time position working 40-hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8.30am-5.30pm.

· Excellent IT skills including the use of MS Office
· Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
· Demonstrate strong administrative and communication skills, both written and verbal
· Self-motivated, organised, adaptable, with a strong attention to detail
· Confident in managing incoming telephone calls and email correspondence in a prompt and professional manner
· Demonstrate problem solving skills and taking ownership of tasks
