Au sein d'un établissement pour personnes âgées, vous contribuez au bien-être quotidien des personnes accompagnées - Vous dispensez les soins d'hygiène et de confort dans le respect des protocoles - Vous assurez une écoute attentive et veillez à la bien-traitance des personnes accompagnées - Vous participez au suivi des soins et transmettez les informations utiles à l'équipe soignante

- Salaire: 12.31 euros/heure Vous justifiez d'une première expérience auprès de personnes âgées, alliant rigueur, écoute et bientraitance - Vous détenez le Diplôme d'État d'Aide-Soignant(e), garantissant une pratique professionnelle conforme - Vous maîtrisez les soins d'hygiène et de confort, dans le respect des protocoles - Vous assurez un suivi attentif des résidents et transmettez des observations fiables à l'équipe - Vous faites preuve d'écoute, de discrétion et de bientraitance envers chaque personne accompagnée
