Platform Architect - Master Data Management @ Belvedere Recruitment
- 10+ years hands-on experience implementing MDM solutions across architecture, design, development and operations.
- Minimum two completed Reltio MDM implementation cycles as an MDM Architect, preferably in healthcare or pharmaceutical environments.
- Expert knowledge of MDM data domains including product, clinical, supplier and customer data.
- Proven experience with data quality management, data governance and data stewardship frameworks.
- Strong understanding of cloud integrations and API development with platforms like Snowflake.
- Experience integrating healthcare applications such as Veeva CTMS and Siebel CTMS.
- Demonstrated ability defining MDM business cases, solution architecture and implementation roadmaps.
- Extensive project experience using Agile methodology and structured SDLC processes.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with proven stakeholder management experience.
- Experience managing vendor relationships and overseeing platform upgrades.

Our client is seeking an experienced Platform Architect to lead the design and implementation of their Master Data Management (MDM) strategy using Reltio. This is a five-month contract role based in Warsaw, offering you the opportunity to shape critical data architecture and governance for a healthcare organisation managing complex, multi-domain data environments.
Position Overview
As Platform Architect, you will take ownership of designing and implementing a comprehensive MDM architecture that integrates clinical, product, supplier and customer data domains. You will establish data governance workflows, define match and merge survivorship rules, and lead your team through end-to-end implementation cycles. Your work will directly impact data quality, consistency and accessibility across the organisation, enabling better decision-making and operational efficiency.
