Do you thrive on bringing big campaign ideas to life? Love juggling multiple projects, working with brilliant brands, and using data to make every campaign perform even better?

We're looking for a Marketing Campaigns Manager to join our Ecommerce team and help create the campaigns that keep Master of Malt at the forefront of the drinks industry.

This is a role for someone who loves the pace of ecommerce. One day you could be pitching a year-long activation plan to a world-famous whisky brand. The next, you'll be refining a gin promotion based on performance data or working with our in-house studio to deliver our Father's Day campaign. No two days are the same.

What you'll be doing

  • Planning and delivering creative, multi-channel marketing campaigns from concept through to execution.
  • Using data and insights to optimise campaign performance, measuring ROI and continually improving results.
  • Working closely with Buying, Merchandising, Editorial, Photography, PR and external brand partners to bring campaigns to life.
  • Developing fresh campaign ideas that cut through the noise and give our customers reasons to keep coming back.
  • Building strong relationships with suppliers, securing marketing investment and demonstrating campaign success through insightful reporting.

What we're looking for

You'll already have experience delivering campaigns within a fast-paced ecommerce environment and be comfortable managing multiple priorities without losing attention to detail.

You'll also bring:

  • Experience delivering digital marketing campaigns from planning through to execution.
  • A commercial mindset with confidence using data to drive decisions.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.
  • The ability to influence stakeholders and keep projects moving.
  • Experience using reporting tools such as Power BI (or similar) and Google Workspace.
  • A genuine interest in spirits and the drinks industry would be a huge bonus.

You'll fit right in if you...

Take ownership and make things happen.

Sweat the small stuff because details matter.

Love collaborating with great people across different teams.

Enjoy solving problems and continuously improving the way things are done.

Have a healthy sense of humour and don't take yourself too seriously.

Why Master of Malt?

We're obsessed with creating exceptional customer experiences, challenging convention and constantly improving. We're proudly anti-corporate, value curiosity over ego, and believe the best ideas can come from anyone.

If you're looking for a role where you'll have real ownership, work with some of the biggest drinks brands in the world, and see your campaigns make a genuine commercial impact, we'd love to hear from you.

Apply today and help create the campaigns that keep Master of Malt one step ahead.

At Atom, we back curious, ambitious people who want to win. You’ll have real autonomy to run your area, challenge ideas and make decisions that directly impact the growth of a fast-scaling brand.

We move quickly, care deeply about results, and give high performers the trust and ownership to deliver. You’ll be accountable for outcomes, not activity.

There’s no politics or red tape here. Just smart people, high standards and the expectation that you show up, think commercially and get things done.

Alongside core benefits, you’ll get a generous staff discount on over 15,000 brand SKU's.
