Lifecycle Coordinator - 6 month FTC
Are you ready to rethink your routine? As our Lifecycle Coordinator (6-Month FTC), you will be the operational engine powering our retention strategy during a key transformative period. You are a high-performing, CRM-savvy marketer ready to jump in from Day 1 to protect critical business continuity, scale high-impact personalisation, and safeguard our strategic capacity.
You will be the go to contact for the day-to-day coordination, building, and execution of customer retention campaigns. Working closely with the digital and creative teams, you will support the delivery of key customer lifecycle initiatives that drive repeat purchases and build loyalty.
Welcome to Trinny London!
Here at Trinny London, we’re changing the face of makeup and demystifying skincare, and we're only just getting started. Founded in 2017 by Trinny Woodall, Trinny London is challenging people all over the world to rethink their routines.
We have achieved tremendous growth since 2017 and we’re proud to be one of Europe’s fastest-growing beauty brands. We’re generating millions of sales by developing innovative products, acquiring hundreds of thousands of supporters and customers all over the world, and more importantly, building a talented and motivated team to support our fantastic growth.
Our Values
We live by three core values: we bring fearless passion, we act with smart intent and we all wear yellow.
We always go the extra mile, working together to push boundaries and celebrate our wins and learnings as a team. We listen to every idea, big or small, and make considered decisions. We support each other to achieve our goals and thrive on collaboration.
The Role
Your day to day responsibilities will look like this:
- Take ownership of the day-to-day delivery of the email marketing calendar, managing the build, testing, quality assurance and scheduling of campaigns to ensure every communication is accurate, on brand and deployed on time.
- Work closely with the wider Lifecycle team to support the execution of key strategic initiatives, including product launches, promotional campaigns, automated customer journeys and cross-channel activity across email, SMS and direct mail.
- Coordinate campaign assets and requirements alongside the Lifecycle Coordinator, partnering with Creative, Copy and other internal teams to ensure all deliverables are briefed, tracked and completed against agreed timelines. You will use Asana and established processes to maintain clear visibility of progress and proactively flag any risks or delays.
- Carry out thorough pre-send checks across all campaigns, reviewing links, content, customer segmentation, personalisation, tracking and rendering to ensure a consistently high standard of execution and customer experience.
- Support regular channel reporting by pulling and organising performance data across key metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion, engagement and unsubscribe rates. Help identify trends, highlight opportunities and provide clear insights that can inform future campaign activity.
- Monitor campaign performance following deployment, escalating any issues quickly and supporting the team with recommendations for testing, optimisation and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular market, customer and competitor research across the beauty, retail and lifecycle marketing landscape. Bring fresh ideas, emerging trends and best-in-class examples into the team to support campaign planning and channel development.
- Contribute to a structured testing approach across areas such as subject lines, send times, content formats, creative, audience segmentation and calls to action, ensuring learnings are documented and applied to future activity.
- Actively explore and use AI tools to make day-to-day workflows more efficient and effective. This may include supporting draft copy development, subject-line generation, campaign ideation, research, reporting and process improvement, while maintaining appropriate brand and quality controls.
- Maintain accurate campaign documentation, trackers and shared resources, ensuring key information is organised, up to date and accessible to the wider team.
- Build strong working relationships across Marketing, Creative, Ecommerce and Trading, helping to ensure lifecycle activity is aligned with wider commercial priorities, brand moments and customer needs.
- Bring a highly organised, detail-focused and proactive approach to the role, taking responsibility for delivery while continually looking for ways to improve processes, campaign quality and overall channel performance.
These skills will help you go far in this role:
- Proven CRM/ESP Foundation: Demonstrable hands-on experience managing CRM/ESP platforms (ideally Ometria or comparable platforms) within a premium beauty, lifestyle, or fast-paced DTC environment. HTML/Jinja experience is an added bonus.
- Immediate Operational Capability: Ability to hit the ground running, taking ownership of build, QA, and deployment processes with minimal ramp-up time.
- Organised Multitasker: Highly organised with great time management skills, capable of juggling daily operational tasks alongside support for longer-term projects.
- Data-Literate: Comfortable working with numbers, with a knowledge of Excel and/or Google Sheets to assist in tracking and interpreting campaign performance.
- Exceptional Attention to Detail: A meticulous eye for detail, ensuring zero typos, correct link tracking, and seamless visual layout across all email deployments.
- Collaborative Team Player: Approachable and enthusiastic, with the communication skills required to work cross-functionally and maintain strong internal relationships.
- Adaptable Growth Mindset: A positive attitude toward change and flexibility in daily tasks, with the maturity to seek guidance when unsure or when complex issues arise.
- AI Tech-Savvy: A strong appetite for digital tech and a genuine passion for the future of AI; hands-on experience or a strong curiosity toward using AI tools to boost productivity and creative execution.
