What is Androlabs?

Androlabs is the first pharmaceutical company that is entirely dedicated to men.

Founded in February 2021 and headquartered in London, Androlabs is a fast-growing and ambitious scaleup company. Our medicines are commercialised in 20+ countries throughout Europe, the UK and Australia.

What is our mission and how do we work?

Gender disparities in health awareness and access to routine check-ups and treatment can result in excess preventable deaths and illness. Globally, nearly twice as many male deaths are considered preventable compared to females, contributing to the concerning statistic that men live, on average, five years less than women. At Androlabs, our mission is to close the male life expectancy gap by tackling these issues head-on.

We partner with healthcare professionals who treat patients daily and lead initiatives to raise awareness of men’s health, improve education, and remove barriers to care. We have already launched the first-ever men’s health pub, developed a leading patient education platform, built a HCP zone with CPD-accredited learning, convened scientific advisory committee meetings with 17 of Europe’s top KOLs, and facilitated publications that have evolved the field of men’s health treatment.

By putting patients first and adopting a science-led approach, we are reshaping the traditional pharma model to deliver better outcomes across men’s health

We are a diverse team of ~40 people are based across 7 countries, and speak more than 14 languages. We are profitable, growing, and have big ambitions to create a world-leading men's health company that makes a difference in society.

At Androlabs, our core values— Knowledge and Transparency, Agency, First Principle Thinking & Humility —guide our actions every day. They shape our daily operations and interactions. Whether it’s empowering a colleague with the right information, proactively addressing challenges, or embracing feedback, we live these values every day to ensure that Androlabs is a place where innovation thrives, and excellence is the norm.

Androlabs is part of Tithonia Group, an entrepreneurial life sciences company.

The Role

We are looking for a Global Product Manager to join our growing team.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will help shape and deliver Androlabs’ global and local marketing activity. You will translate approved brand strategy and campaign direction into high-quality execution across markets and channels.

This is a hands-on role for an experienced pharmaceutical or life sciences marketer who combines strong execution skills with commercial judgement, attention to detail and a commitment to compliant, HCP and patient-focused marketing.

You will own defined marketing workstreams end-to-end, from planning and briefing through to production, approval, launch, performance review and optimisation. You will work closely with Medical, Regulatory, Sales, local-market teams and external partners to make sure our marketing activity is effective, compliant and delivered to a high standard.

What do you need to do to win?

Turn strategy into campaigns that work. Lead campaigns across markets, keep content and suppliers moving, make our digital channels perform harder and use customer, market and campaign insights to show what is working and where we should improve.

What You Will Be Doing?

1. 1. Brand strategy and marketing planning

  • Support the development and implementation of the global brand strategy, including positioning, messaging, value proposition and brand guidelines.
  • Contribute to annual marketing plans, priorities, objectives and agreed budgets.
  • Translate strategic priorities into clear marketing plans, campaign briefs, delivery workstreams and measurable outcomes.
  • Own defined marketing workstreams and provide guidance on content, tone, sequencing, audiences and channel activity within the approved brand direction.
  • Use customer, market and campaign insights to identify opportunities, surface risks and inform marketing decisions.

2. Campaigns and global-to-local activation

  • Lead the planning, coordination and delivery of integrated campaigns, programmes and marketing initiatives from approved brief through to execution, review and optimisation.
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders, local-market teams and external contributors to deliver activity on time and to the required standard.
  • Own campaign timelines, dependencies, delivery plans, risk logs and action trackers, adjusting plans when priorities or circumstances change.
  • Develop campaign toolkits, templates, guidance and other materials to support consistent local-market implementation.
  • Coordinate localisation, translation, approvals and market handovers, ensuring that local activity remains aligned with the global brand and approved strategy.

3. Content and digital channel delivery

  • Lead defined content creation initiatives across global and local markets, coordinating contributors and providing clear guidance on content requirements, tone, sequencing and quality.
  • Coordinate the development, adaptation and delivery of campaign assets across relevant offline and digital formats.
  • Manage the day-to-day implementation of approved activity across Androlabs’ websites, medical platforms, social media, CRM and other relevant channels.
  • Coordinate website updates, landing pages, email campaigns, automated sequences and other digital activations.
  • Ensure content and digital assets are accurate, current, correctly versioned and aligned with approved brand, campaign and compliance requirements.

4. Budget and external party management

  • Manage agreed marketing budgets within delegated authority and track spend against approved plans.
  • Coordinate agencies, freelancers, production partners and technology suppliers against agreed scopes, timelines and deliverables.
  • Brief external partners clearly on objectives, audiences, requirements, budgets, brand standards and compliance expectations.
  • Review external outputs critically, provide constructive feedback and ensure work is delivered on time and to the required standard.
  • Escalate scope changes, anticipated overspend, resourcing issues, delivery risks or quality concerns to the Head of Marketing.

5. Performance, insights and marketing governance

  • Use customer and stakeholder feedback, market trends, competitor activity and campaign performance to inform marketing decisions.
  • Define or support the definition of campaign KPIs and monitor performance against agreed objectives and measures.
  • Translate data and insights into clear recommendations to improve positioning, messaging, audiences, creative execution, sequencing, channel activity and campaign delivery.
  • Produce commercially grounded performance and ROI reports that connect marketing activity to business outcomes.
  • Coordinate review and approval workflows, maintain approved materials and audit-ready records, and escalate safety, compliance or regulatory issues promptly.

Who You Are and What You Bring

Required:

    • Proven experience in a brand/product management, campaign management or marketing execution role within pharma or life sciences. This is essential.
    • Practical working knowledge of the ABPI Code of Practice.
    • Experience contributing to brand strategy, annual marketing planning, campaign priorities, objectives and agreed budgets.
    • Proven ability to own defined marketing workstreams from approved brief through to launch, optimisation and post-campaign review.
    • Experience delivering global and local campaigns, programmes and marketing initiatives across multiple markets.
    • Demonstrated experience coordinating content production, localisation, translation, approvals and asset delivery across offline and digital channels.
    • Experience providing guidance on content requirements, tone, sequencing, audiences and channel activity within an approved brand strategy.
    • Hands-on experience managing digital channels such as websites, medical platforms, social media, CRM and email campaigns.
    • Experience using website, CRM and campaign analytics to monitor performance, identify trends, generate insights and recommend improvements.
    • Strong campaign planning and performance measurement skills.
    • Experience managing agreed marketing budgets and coordinating agencies.
    • Experience coordinating review and approval workflows with cross-functional stakeholders.
    • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, dependencies and delivery risks.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to turn complex input into clear briefs, plans, content requirements and recommendations.
    • Demonstrated ownership, commercial judgement and attention to detail, with the confidence to make decisions within scope and escalate issues appropriately.

Desirable

    • Experience in men’s health, urology or endocrinology.
    • Hands-on HubSpot experience.
    • Comfort with async working and written communication as a primary mode of collaboration.
    • Experience coordinating marketing activity across multiple workstreams with a high degree of independence.
