Du entwickelst agentenbasierte AI-Lösungen, integrierst LLMs in bestehende Systemlandschaften und automatisierst komplexe Geschäftsprozesse über verschiedene Anwendungen hinweg.
Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, analysierst Anforderungen, konzipierst AI-Lösungen und setzt diese bis zum produktiven Einsatz um. Dabei verbindest du Software-Engineering mit AI-Engineering und sorgst dafür, dass intelligente Systeme zuverlässig, sicher und skalierbar betrieben werden.
Deine Aufgaben
• Analyse fachlicher Anforderungen und Umsetzung technischer Lösungen
• Entwicklung und Integration intelligenter Automatisierungslösungen und AI-Anwendungen
• Integration von LLMs in bestehende Unternehmenssysteme
• Entwicklung robuster Backend- und Integrationskomponenten
• Anbindung bestehender Systeme über APIs
• Automatisierung von Geschäftsprozessen mit modernen Workflow- und AI- Plattformen
• Umsetzung neuer AI-Use-Cases von der Idee bis zum produktiven Betrieb
• Sicherstellung eines performanten, stabilen und skalierbaren Betriebs
Das bringst du mit
• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung, idealerweise im Backend
• Erfahrung mit Python oder einer vergleichbaren Programmiersprache
• Kenntnisse im API-Design und in der Systemintegration
• Erfahrung mit Cloud-Technologien, Docker und Git
• Analytisches Denkvermögen
• Interesse an modernen AI-Technologien und Prozessautomatisierung
• Selbstständige, pragmatische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
• Reisebereitschaft
Idealerweise hast du bereits praktische Erfahrung mit
• Large Language Models (LLMs), wie Claude, OpenAI , GPT, oder Gemini
• AI-Agents und Agent Frameworks
• Workflow-Automatisierung (z. B. n8n, Make, oder Power Automate)
• Kubernetes oder CI/CD
• Datenbanken sowie Datenmodellierung und Entwicklung performanter Datenpipelines
