
Land Registry Analyst x 2
Nucleo is looking to hire a Land Management Analyst x 2 for one of its clients. This is a 12 month contract. The position sits within the Asset Management and Sustainability area of the regulated body. The Asset Management function is responsible for strategic planning, prioritisation, and development of pipeline. The function plays a key role in promoting collaboration and co-ordination of activities as well as providing environmental assessment and management expertise. Reporting to the Land Management Technical Lead, the Land Management Analyst will be responsible for assisting with the management of their property portfolio.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of policy and strategy relating to the property portfolio
- Assist in the development & implementation of the objectives of the Land Management Team in relation to management of owned lands
- Assist with the management of property queries and issues; including utilising relevant processes & systems for management and reporting
- Resolve escalated property queries and requests, through working closely with key stakeholders
- Maintain relevant property registers as required, e.g. property disposals, wayleaves, leases and licences
- Assist with the development and maintenance of land records management systems and processes
- Negotiate with landowners and other external stakeholders as required
- Assist with the national asset transfer completion project as required, including technical review and stakeholder liaison
- Engage and support departments to understand their requirements for land related issues
- Assist with monitoring & compliance with statutory and legislative requirements in respect of reporting, including obligations in relation to heritage and protected structures
- Provide regular progress reports to the Land Management Technical Lead as required
General Duties and Responsibilities
- Collaboration with key internal stakeholders across the business
- Responsible for promoting & delivering health and safety commitments across the clients supply chain
- Delivering health & safety objectives and requirements to the highest industry standards
- Support the delivery of the Transformation Programme, driving results and supporting organisation-wide objectives
- Conducts duties in accordance with security policies, standards, processes and controls to protect the confidentiality, and integrity of business information and any other relevant cybersecurity regulation
- Other duties as required
- Relevant third level qualification and or accreditation is desirable and/or relevant experience
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in the utilities or similar industry is desirable
- Experience in independently resolving customer challenges while maintaining high service standards
- Experience providing coaching in the development of the technical skills and abilities in others
- Strong background in upholding organisational values through decision-making, knowledge sharing and constructive actions
- Ability to seek out ways to innovate and improve processes to improve service standards
- Highly motivated individual, working to the highest professional standards and with proven ability to deliver results
- Experience in taking ownership of safety responsibilities and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
This is a 1 year contract with hybrid working.
