Für ein renommiertes, wachsendes Unternehmen im Bereich der Entwicklung, Umsetzung und der Verwaltung von Immobilienprojekten sucht SKILLs einen oder eine Technischen Projektleiter/in (m/w/d).
Unser Mandant entwickelt nachhaltige Wohn- und Immobilienprojekte in der Metropolregion Hamburg und Norddeutschland.
Das Unternehmen begleitet Projekte ganzheitlich – von der Akquisition über Planung und Finanzierung bis zur Realisierung. Der Anspruch ist es, Projektentwicklung effizienter, digitaler und zukunftsorientierter zu gestalten. Dabei wird auf klare Prozesse, moderne Technologien und kurze Entscheidungswege gesetzt.
Sie steuern die Projekte über alle wesentlichen Leistungsphasen hinweg und arbeiten dabei eng mit der Geschäftsführung sowie externen Planern, Fachingenieuren und Bauunternehmen zusammen.
Aufgaben
- Steuerung von Wohn- und Immobilienentwicklungsprojekten
- Koordination von Architekten, Fachplanern, Behörden und ausführenden Unternehmen
- Termin-, Kosten- und Qualitätssteuerung
- Vorbereitung, Koordination und Begleitung von Ausschreibungen und Vergaben
- Einholung, Prüfung und Auswertung von Angeboten
- Mitwirkung bei Vergabeentscheidungen und Vertragsverhandlungen
- Prüfung und Bewertung von Nachträgen
- Unterstützung bei Projektkalkulationen und Machbarkeitsanalysen
- Mitwirkung beim Aufbau der internen Kosten- und Vergabestandards
- Kontinuierliche Optimierung unserer Prozesse und digitalen Arbeitsweisen
Qualifikation
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen, Architektur, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Idealerweise 3 bis 8 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Projektsteuerung, Projektleitung oder Projektentwicklung
- Gute Kenntnisse im Hochbau sowie im Kosten- und Terminmanagement
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Ausschreibungen, Vergaben und Baukosten
- Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Unternehmerisches Denken und Freude daran, Verantwortung zu übernehmen
- Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen Microsoft-Office-Anwendungen; Kenntnisse in AVA- oder Projektmanagementsoftware sind von Vorteil
