Algonaut - Forward Deployed Engineer (m/f/d)
Der dominierende Anteil der Bestellungen im B2B-Sektor ist nach
wie vor unstrukturiert. Unternehmen erhalten jeden Tag Hunderte von
Bestellungen, die sich in Form und Inhalt unterscheiden. Bis heute
werden diese Bestellungen manuell im ERP-System erfasst. Mit algonaut
gehört dieser mühsame und veraltete Geschäftsprozess der Vergangenheit
an. algonaut versteht, was die Kunden bestellen und erfasst die Aufträge
selbstständig im ERP unserer Kunden. Dafür verbinden wir moderne
Softwareentwicklung und Large Language Models mit einem tiefen
Verständnis für die konkreten Abläufe unserer Kunden. Wir sind seit
Anfang des Jahres mit dem Produkt am Markt und gewinnen kontinuierlich
neue Kunden. Deshalb suchen wir Verstärkung für unser Engineering-Team:
Menschen, die früh Verantwortung übernehmen und die Arbeitswelt von
morgen mitgestalten möchten.
Rahmen
- Standort: Berlin (Kreuzberg)
- Einstieg: flexibel, ab Oktober 2026
- Wir sind aktuell ein Team von sechs Personen, das seit längerer Zeit
zusammenarbeitet und gerne gemeinsam in unserem Büro zusammenkommt. - Die Position ist zunächst als Elternzeitvertretung mit einer Dauer von bis
zu sieben Monaten angelegt. Da wir wachsen und zusätzliche
Engineering-Kapazität auch langfristig benötigen, besteht bei einem
guten gegenseitigen Fit die Perspektive einer anschließenden
Weiterbeschäftigung.
Aufgaben
Technische Begleitung neuer Kundenimplementierungen und Onboardings
- Analyse und Strukturierung kundenspezifischer Anforderungen und Geschäftsprozesse
- Konfiguration und Pre-Training kundenspezifischer Produkt-Umgebungen
- Entwicklung von Integrationen und Tools für die Skalierung der Lösung
- Übersetzung von Kundenanforderungen in Features für die Produktentwicklung
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Ansprechpartner:innen auf Kundenseite und dem übrigen Engineering-Team
Qualifikation
Was du mitbringst:
- Praktische Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung mit PythonFundierte Kenntnisse von Machine Learning - und LLM-Funktionsweisen
- Erfahrung in der Entwicklung produktiver Cloud-Systeme
- Interesse an komplexen Geschäftsprozessen und die Bereitschaft, dich intensiv in die Domäne der Auftragserfassung einzuarbeiten
- Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Kund:innen und die Fähigkeit, technische Zusammenhänge verständlich zu vermitteln
- Bereitschaft, Verantwortung für konkrete Implementierungen und deren erfolgreiche Einführung zu übernehmen
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind Voraussetzung, da du direkt mit unseren Kunden im DACH-Raum arbeitest
Hilfreich, aber kein Muss:
- Erfahrung mit der Integration von APIs und externen Systemen
- Erfahrung mit LLM-Frameworks, Prompt Engineering oder strukturierten KI-Workflows
- Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen oder Geschäftsprozessen in Großhandel und Produktion
- Erfahrung mit Evaluations- und Monitoring-Frameworks
- Verständnis für Datenflüsse und die Verarbeitung strukturierter sowie unstrukturierter Geschäftsdokumente
