Partnerships Operations Coordinator - Hotels/Accomodation
We’re Making Travel Effortless. Join Us.
Travel is essential, whether it’s visiting family, starting a new adventure, or taking a career defining trip. Yet today, over 4 billion airline passengers rely on tech that hasn't changed in decades. At Duffel, we’re rebuilding the infrastructure underpinning the global travel industry. Backed by top-tier investors (Benchmark, Blossom, Index Ventures, and Kima Ventures) and born out of Y Combinator (S18), we’re simplifying complex systems to build the future of travel.
Partnerships at Duffel
Partnerships owns Duffel's global supply strategy across airlines, hotels, cars and emerging travel verticals. We work directly with suppliers to unlock high quality content, build commercial frameworks and ensure our platform scales with the industry. As our accommodation portfolio continues to grow, so does the complexity of managing supplier operations, onboarding, customer requests and operational processes. This role sits at the centre of that system, ensuring everything runs smoothly day to day.
The Role
This role is for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complex, fast moving environments and making things happen. Working closely with the Head of Stays Partnerships, you'll act as the connective layer between accommodation partners and Duffel's internal teams, translating operational requests into clear actions and making sure nothing falls through the cracks across existing partners and new supplier onboarding.
What You’ll be doing:
Manage day to day operational communication with accommodation partners, ensuring requests and updates are handled efficiently.
Coordinate customer requested hotel additions and supplier onboarding activities.
Validate supplier information and help maintain the quality and accuracy of accommodation content.
Maintain reporting across supplier operational metrics, onboarding activity, and operational requests.
Build and improve operational documentation, trackers, and internal processes across the Stays Partnerships function.
What we're looking for:
Experience in operations, partnerships, supplier management, or commercial operations.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
Comfortable working with data and reporting, with the ability to identify trends and maintain operational accuracy.
Clear and confident communication with both external suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Ability to operate independently, take ownership of operational tasks, and know when to escalate.
Why You’ll Love Working at Duffel
We believe in true ownership. That’s why every permanent employee gets equity in the business.
Perks That Actually Matter:
✈️ Travel Allowance: We literally pay you to get out of town and explore the world.
🏝️ Work From Anywhere: Flexibility is built in. Work remotely, or take advantage of our Sabbatical Policy.
🏡 Work-Life Harmony: Flexible bank holidays, generous family leave, and a dedicated volunteering day.
📚 Growth Tools: Paid study days to level up your skills, plus a solid pension and cycle-to-work scheme.
🏥 Health & Wellbeing: Private healthcare, eye test cover, and season ticket loans.
