Responsabilidades Da Posição
A área de Gestão de Filantropia é a área programática que executa majoritariamente o impacto da Sitawi. Realiza a gestão financeira dos fundos de filantropia para que o destino do capital seja mais eficiente e assegura que as organizações parceiras foquem seu tempo e esforço na gestão programática de seus projetos socioambientais, enquanto a área desenvolve serviços customizáveis com alto nÃvel de Compliance, segurança e conformidade.
Responsabilidades Gerais
O(A) profissional contratado(a) será responsável pela execução de diversas rotinas da área, entre elas apoio a gestão administrativa financeira do(s) projeto(s); relacionamento com instituidores e beneficiários; elaboração e atualização de dados em planilhas e sistemas; organização e arquivo de documentos digitalizados e demais tarefas inerentes a área. Contará com o suporte da equipe e terá reporte ao Supervisor(a) de Gestão de Filantropia.
Responsabilidades Da Função
- Auxiliar no acompanhamento fÃsico-financeiro de projetos, sob supervisão da área responsável;
- Apoiar a conciliação bancária diária das contas correntes relativas aos projetos;
- Acompanhar o fluxo de desembolsos previstos e apoiar o controle orçamentário, reportando-se ao responsável pela área;
- Auxiliar na análise de prestações de contas dos projetos, subsidiando a validação feita pela equipe técnica;
- Colaborar na organização e conferência das informações que compõem os relatórios financeiros periódicos;
- Acompanhar o cronograma dos projetos;
- Apoiar a análise de documentos cadastrais e contratos de beneficiários;
- Desempenhar funções administrativas relativas à organização e sistematização de informações, documentos e atas de reuniões referentes ao planejamento e execução dos Fundos Filantrópicos;
- Acompanhar reuniões internas e externas, quando solicitado, como apoio à equipe responsável;
- Apoiar a interface com instituidores, beneficiários e demais áreas da Sitawi, sob orientação do supervisor de estágio;
- Contribuir com o trabalho harmonioso em equipe, incentivando a troca de informações e o espÃrito de coletividade;
- Executar demais atividades correlatas da área, compatÃveis com o caráter educativo do estágio.
Requisitos obrigatórios para a posição:
- Graduação em Administração, Economia, Ciências Contábeis, Direito e afins;
- DomÃnio de ferramentas de informática (avançado) â Excel, Word, Power Point;
- Boa gestão do tempo e priorização de tarefas;
- Atenção aos detalhes;
- Inglês básico a intermediário;
- Perfil colaborativo e mão na massa;
- Boa comunicação oral e escrita.
