Praktikant / Werkstudent (m/w/d) Projektsteuerung
Im Bereich Real Estate Management steuern wir Bauprojekte in allen Leistungsphasen. Unsere innovativen Projekte bilden die Vielfalt von Kita-Gebäuden bis hin zu komplexen Industrieanlagen ab. Wir beraten unsere öffentlichen und privatwirtschaftlichen Kunden in allen relevanten Bauthemen.
Was Du bei uns bewegen kannst:
- Du unterstützt unser Team bei der Steuerung spannender Bauprojekte für öffentliche und private Auftraggeber sowie bei Beratungsleistungen wie Machbarkeitsstudien, Due Diligence und Nachhaltigkeitsberatung
- Du arbeitest aktiv in Projektteams und erhältst Einblicke in Termin- und Kostenmanagement, das Qualitätsmanagement und in die Organisation komplexer Bauprojekten
- Nach einer Einarbeitung übernimmst Du Akquisetätigkeiten zur Neugewinnung und Wiedergewinnung von Kunden
- Du wirkst bei der Durchführung von Architektenwettbewerben und Vergabeverfahren mit
- Du hilfst bei der Erstellung von Präsentationen, Auswertungen und Reportings und lernst dabei, wie professionelles Projektmanagement funktioniert
- Dein technisches Wissen aus dem Studium bringst Du in Baukonstruktionen und der Planung mit ein
Was Du mitbringst:
- Du bist eingeschriebener Student (m/w/d) in den Studiengängen Bauingenieurwesen, Architektur, Projektmanagement, Baumanagement, Immobilientechnik und -wirtschaft, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen mit Vertiefung Bau, oder vergleichbar
- Erste Erfahrung durch Praktika oder Werkstudententätigkeiten in der Projektsteuerung, Bauleitung oder Planung, sind von Vorteil für Dich
- Dein Interesse an komplexen Bauprojekten ergänzt Du durch eine verlässliche, eigenständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Du bist ein Teamplayer mit ausgeprägter Kommunikationsstärke und willst nicht nur mitarbeiten, sondern mitdenken und mitgestalten
- Im Umgang mit dem MS-Office-Paket bist Du sehr sicher und geübt
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (C1 Niveau) und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse runden Dein Profil ab
