We’re looking for an experienced Acquisition Manager, Coaching AMP to lead customer acquisition growth across our AMP coaching and adviser businesses, with a focus on pre-retirement and retirement life stage segments. This is a commercially focused marketing leadership role, responsible for developing and delivering acquisition plans, integrated campaigns, forecasting, budget management and performance reporting.

In this role you will:

  • Develop and deliver acquisition marketing plans.
  • Support growth across coaching, adviser and related channels.
  • Lead campaign delivery through internal teams & external agencies.
  • Oversee brand & PR activity.
  • Optimise commercial outcomes using insights, forecasting & performance.

What you’ll need to succeed - Ngā pūkenga matua o te tūranga

  • 5+ years’ experience managing marketing delivery across acquisition, campaign or growth marketing.
  • Strong experience managing agencies, partners and cross-functional delivery teams.
  • Experience with forecasting, reporting, budget accountability and delivery against commercial targets.
  • Strong planning, execution, analytical and performance measurement capability.
  • Confidence managing brand, PR, content and multi-channel campaign activity.
  • Strong stakeholder management, influencing and relationship-building skills.
  • People leadership experience, with the ability to coach, mentor and support others.
