About SINGU

At SINGU, we’re redefining how the world’s most ambitious real estate companies run their operations. Our mission is to become Europe’s leading platform for managing warehouse, logistics, retail, and multi-site commercial real estate portfolios — empowering our Clients to protect revenue, boost efficiency, and unlock new value across every aspect of their business.

Our unified CAFM platform already powers the daily operations of over 250 million m² of real estate worldwide, supporting more than 500,000 professionals. Following our union with the UK’s Micad and Germany’s net-haus, we now help manage 100,000+ buildings across 35+ countries — and we’re just getting started.

Backed by a leading growth equity investor, we’re scaling rapidly and partnering with global leaders such as Prologis, ECE, CTP, Hillwood, Logicor, GLP, and Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield. As we continue to grow through strategic acquisitions and bold innovation, we stay true to our core values: adaptability, collaboration, and client focus.

If you’re ready to help build Europe’s leading platform for property operations — and make a tangible impact on how the real estate industry works — join SINGU and be part of this transformation.

About The Role

We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our Customer Experience team at SINGU, managing our UK customers on our Micad product. You'll work closely with those customers, making sure they thrive and grow with the platform as we scale our portfolio. If you're excited about building relationships, solving problems, and being the driving force behind customer retention, expansion, and overall success - this is the opportunity for you!

This is a pivotal moment to join. We're investing heavily in transforming the customer experience and taking our service delivery to the next level, and you'll be at the forefront of it - working directly with customers to understand their evolving needs, championing their success, and driving the improvements that matter. This isn't just about maintaining relationships; it's about shaping how we support and empower our customers.

This is your chance to leave your mark and help define what exceptional customer success looks like at SINGU.

This role is based remotely in the UK (Cardiff area preferred), with travel across the UK for on-site customer visits. This is a fixed-term maternity cover position for approximately 14 months, with the possibility of extension depending on business needs.

What you'll be doing as a Customer Success Manager on Micad at SINGU:

Own the customer relationship and experience – be the strategic partner and trusted advisor to our UK Customers, providing insights, best practices, and proactive guidance that ensures they're thriving and achieving their goals with Micad.

Conduct strategic account management – lead regular check-ins, business reviews, and performance assessments with key accounts, ensuring alignment between customer objectives and our solutions.

Become a product expert – develop deep knowledge of our platform to guide customers on best practices, unlock hidden value, identify new use cases, and ensure they're maximizing the full potential of Micad's capabilities.

Work cross-functionally – collaborate seamlessly with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing, serving as the voice of the customer internally and advocating for improvements that enhance user experience.

Shape the future of CX at SINGU – help us build a Customer Success team that's the best in Europe by continuously gathering customer feedback, analysing trends, and driving meaningful change.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven customer success experience – you have a track record in customer success, account management, or similar client-facing roles (ideally in SaaS, technology, or B2B), with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts while keeping customers at the heart of everything you do.

  • Excellent communicator and relationship builder – you're empathetic, connect easily with people, build trust quickly, and can translate complex ideas into clear guidance.

  • A growth mindset with contagious energy – you thrive in fast paced environments, and are always looking for ways to improve both yourself and how we do things.

  • Goal driven and self-motivated – you don't wait for tasks; you create them and chase them down. You take full ownership of your work.

  • Data-driven and technically proficient – you're comfortable with CRM software (e.g., Vitally, Jira, Zoho) and customer success tools, can analyse customer metrics to drive improvements.

Who you'll be working with and reporting to

You'll report to our Head of Customer Success, and work closely with teams in sales, product and marketing across the wider SINGU group. Our teams are highly collaborative and dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

About the Product

Micad is a property management platform that has pioneered the market since 1987, combining over 38 years of deep industry expertise with innovative thinking to digitise and transform estates across healthcare, education, and commercial real estate sectors.

The Micad platform unifies Space, Asset, Resource, and Compliance management, empowering smarter, faster decisions across every level of estate operations.

In 2025, Micad joined SINGU, a leading provider of CAFM software, as part of the group, bringing two trusted platforms together to accelerate innovation and deliver even greater value to our customers. Micad continues as a distinct product within the SINGU portfolio, and this role is dedicated to it.

Why join SINGU?

Fixed-term maternity cover contract (approximately 14 months) with the possibility of extension depending on business needs, and a competitive yearly salary up to £55,000, based on your experience.

A collaborative, no-micromanagement culture — we trust you to deliver.

Part of a fast-scaling, international group redefining how real estate is managed.

If this role sounds like a good fit, we’d love to hear from you. Apply and help us build technology that supports critical operations every day.
