Chi stiamo cercando?
La figura Commerciale con la quale desideriamo entrare in contatto si occuperà della promozione e della vendita dei servizi odontoiatrici offerti dalla clinica, prendendosi cura di ciascun paziente dal primo contatto fino al termine dei trattamenti, nel rispetto delle caratteristiche individuali e in coordinamento con il personale e con lo staff medico.
I principali compiti di cui dovrà occuparsi la nostra risorsa sono:
- accogliere il paziente e supervisionare la qualità dei servizi offerti;
- comprendere le esigenze del paziente, presentare i piani di cura e orientare la scelta;
- formulare preventivi e informare sui trattamenti da eseguire sulla base delle indicazioni dell’odontoiatra;
- svolgere consulenze sulle varie modalità di pagamento previste;
- ottimizzare i processi operativi e finanziari del centro;
- contribuire alla conoscenza del brand sul territorio attraverso lo sviluppo di convenzioni locali;
- collaborare all’inserimento di nuovo personale dipendente e/o medico specialistico.
Cosa richiediamo?
- esperienza pregressa nel ruolo o in settori affini (assicurazioni, fitness, estetico, dei servizi);
- forte orientamento commerciale;
- capacità di lavorare in team;
