5+ years of experience in DevOps Engineering or similar positions, with 2+ years of experience as a Technical Lead or Subject Matter Expert mentoring senior engineers in technical aspects.
Expert hands-on experience with Kubernetes (EKS and self-managed clusters).
Strong collaborative skills, understanding and experience in building strong DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE principles within organization, emphasis on harmonizing Development and Infrastructure operations.
Deep production-level understanding of cloud services (AWS across multiple regions and services).
Expertise designing and implementing robust Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible) and GitOps practices (ArgoCD, Helm).

We are looking for a highly skilled DevOps Tech Lead to drive the evolution of our technical infrastructure. In this role, you will be the ultimate technical authority for our environments, responsible for defining architecture, driving automation, and ensuring the absolute reliability, scalability, and security of our high-load systems.
