About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Marketing Coordinator to support the development and execution of integrated brand and social marketing initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of brand and social, helping to bring campaigns to life while driving meaningful engagement across digital channels.
Working across multiple business verticals including Mobility, Deliveries, and Omni commerce services, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, agencies, and external partners to execute impactful campaigns that strengthen brand presence and support business objectives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, data-informed, adaptable, and passionate about creating compelling consumer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and execution of integrated brand marketing campaigns, from ideation through launch, in partnership with Creative, PR, and Marketing teams.
  • Translate brand and business objectives into clear and actionable campaign briefs that align with the overall brand strategy and narrative.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agency partners to ensure campaign deliverables are executed effectively and within timelines.
  • Support the planning and management of influencer and publisher collaborations, working alongside agency partners to drive campaign reach and engagement.
  • Assist in the execution of day-to-day brand marketing initiatives and social media activities across multiple business verticals.
  • Utilize social listening platforms, audience insights, and performance data to inform content strategies and identify emerging trends or opportunities.
  • Monitor and track brand and social campaign performance against established KPIs, providing regular reporting and recommendations.
  • Help maintain consistency of brand messaging and visual identity across all customer touchpoints.
  • Support ad hoc marketing initiatives and projects as business priorities evolve.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in brand marketing, social media, advertising, communications, or related functions.
  • 2+ years experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and offline channels.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing, social media platforms, and digital content strategies.
  • Experience using social listening, analytics, or reporting tools to derive actionable insights.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable to changing business needs and priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with marketing, creative, PR, or media agencies.
  • Knowledge of consumer marketing, e-commerce, mobility, delivery, or technology industries.
  • Passion for brand building, social trends, and consumer engagement.
