- LLM agent design w LangGraph/LangChain lub porównywalnym frameworku (graph topology, tool contracts).
- Odpowiedzialność za funkcję AI/ML/LLM w produkcji (min. 3 miesiące), systemy agentowe i tool-calling.
- Samodzielność i ownership - praca w środowisku bez gotowych specyfikacji.
- FastAPI - pełna odpowiedzialność za serwis (endpoint, worker, schema, testy).
- RAG / Retrieval: embeddings, vector search, hybrid ranking.
- Personalizacja i ranking na sygnałach behawioralnych.
- Komunikatywność w języku angielskim.
Mile widziane: LangChain, LangGraph, Celery, AWS, MongoDB Atlas Vector Search, OpenSearch, Redis, Postgres, Docker/Terraform, Datadog/Opik/Amplitude, TypeScript/NestJS/React Native, bandits/uplift modeling, produkty głosowe/TTS.

Będziesz realizować usługi na rzecz Partnera w ramach budowanego od podstaw obszaru R&D, obejmującego przejęcie developmentu aplikacji mobilnej stworzonej w USA. Aplikacja ma ambicję stać się najlepszą platformą treningową na świecie: AI-driven, hiperspersonalizowaną, zintegrowaną z wearables, danymi medycznymi i urządzeniami fitness. Będziesz osobą odpowiedzialną za agentów, retrieval i personalizację stojące za asystentem AI – tym, który planuje tydzień użytkownika, prowadzi go przez sesję na żywo, mówi głosem i pamięta, co powiedział tydzień wcześniej.
