Pricing Manager
Are you an experienced Pricing Manager with a background in B2B SaaS who enjoys turning data and commercial insight into strategies that deliver real business impact?
ClearCourse is looking for a Pricing Manager to lead and develop our approach to pricing across a diverse portfolio of 30+ software brands. This is a high-impact Group role where you’ll work closely with senior commercial, product and finance leaders to shape pricing strategies that support revenue growth, profitability and long-term customer value.
You’ll have the opportunity to influence pricing across a wide range of SaaS products and services, helping our businesses make smarter commercial decisions while establishing consistent pricing frameworks and best practices across the Group.
About ClearCourse
ClearCourse is a rapidly growing technology group providing software and integrated payments solutions to businesses across a wide range of specialist markets.
Our portfolio brings together more than 30 software brands, supporting customers across sectors including retail, hospitality, healthcare, leisure, field services and ecommerce.
By combining specialist software with integrated payments and broader commerce capabilities, we help our customers run their businesses more efficiently, grow revenue and deliver better experiences to their own customers.
The Role
As Pricing Manager, you’ll take ownership of developing, implementing and optimising pricing strategies across our software portfolio.
Working closely with our Group Sales Director and senior stakeholders across the Group, you’ll use commercial and customer data, market intelligence and competitive insight to identify opportunities to improve pricing, increase margins and support sustainable revenue growth.
You’ll establish clear pricing frameworks and governance while giving individual businesses the tools and guidance they need to make effective commercial decisions.
The role will also see you supporting strategic deals, bids and tenders, analysing pricing performance and helping our commercial teams understand and confidently execute our pricing strategy.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Developing and implementing pricing strategies across multiple B2B SaaS products, services and brands.
- Creating pricing frameworks, discount structures, approval processes and commercial guardrails.
- Analysing pricing performance, customer profitability and competitive positioning to identify opportunities for revenue and margin growth.
- Supporting the introduction and optimisation of pricing models including tiered, volume-based, freemium and promotional approaches where appropriate.
- Advising business leaders on pricing for major opportunities, bids, tenders and strategic deals.
- Partnering with Finance, Product, Sales, Marketing and M&A teams to ensure pricing decisions are informed by strong commercial and market insight.
- Establishing pricing KPIs and dashboards to measure performance and identify risks and opportunities.
- Monitoring discounting and pricing compliance across the Group.
- Measuring the effectiveness of pricing initiatives, including annual price increases and other pricing campaigns.
- Providing senior leadership with clear reporting and recommendations around pricing performance.
- Developing training and guidance to help sales and commercial teams confidently apply pricing frameworks.
- Championing pricing best practice and continuously improving our pricing processes, tools and governance.
- Ensuring pricing policies remain compliant with relevant legal, regulatory and risk requirements.
We’re looking for someone who combines strong analytical capability with genuine commercial understanding and the confidence to influence senior stakeholders.
You’ll ideally bring:
- 5+ years’ experience within pricing, ideally in a complex, multi-product or multi-brand B2B SaaS environment.
- A strong track record of developing and implementing pricing strategies that have delivered measurable revenue growth, customer retention and sustainable profitability.
- Experience working with different SaaS pricing models, potentially including tiered, volume-based, freemium and promotional pricing.
- Strong commercial and analytical skills, with the ability to turn complex data into clear recommendations and actions.
- Experience working with pricing, analytics and/or business intelligence tools.
- The ability to influence senior stakeholders within a matrixed or multi-business organisation.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain pricing strategy to both commercial and non-commercial audiences.
- Experience within SaaS is essential.
- Experience with integrated or embedded payments would be highly advantageous.
- A proactive and collaborative approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver measurable results.
Why ClearCourse?
This is an opportunity to take on a genuinely influential pricing role within a growing technology group.
Rather than focusing on a single product or market, you’ll work across a diverse portfolio of software businesses, giving you the opportunity to shape pricing strategy at both individual business and Group level.
You’ll work directly with senior commercial and product leaders, have visibility across more than 30 software brands and play an important role in how ClearCourse approaches growth, profitability and customer value.
Alongside the opportunity to make a real commercial impact, you’ll join a collaborative Group environment where ideas, expertise and continuous improvement are encouraged.
