About HealthHero

We exist to simplify healthcare and improve lives by making care feel instant, intelligent and human.

HealthHero is Europe’s largest digital health provider, delivering 4 million consultations per year. But we’re just getting started. We’ve built a seamless digital clinic that brings body and mind together — from GP appointments and mental health support to long-term condition management. By sitting behind the world’s leading insurers and employers and supporting public health systems, we make it easier for millions of people to get the care they need, exactly when they need it.

We are a high-growth, capital-backed business with a sophisticated scale strategy. Our team is a unique blend of digital-native pioneers, management consultants, creatives and industry-leading clinical experts.

We aren’t just digitising appointments; we’re building the next generation of healthcare. We’re creating an AI-powered, always-on ecosystem that learns from every interaction to shift the needle from reactive treatment to proactive, sustainable health.

At HealthHero, we are digital when it should be and human where it counts. Join us, and help build a next generation health system the world is waiting for.

About the role

You as a Brand Ambassador will be responsible for promoting awareness and engagement of HealthHero services across a designated portfolio of gym and leisure centre partners throughout the UK. Managing a region of approximately 30-40 sites, the Brand Ambassador will spend time on-site engaging directly with members, building relationships with facility teams, and delivering HealthHero campaigns through branded materials, events and conversations.

This role plays a key part in helping more people access healthcare and wellbeing support by educating members on the benefits of HealthHero's digital health services and encouraging adoption through visible, proactive engagement in leisure environments.

Day to day, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Visit and maintain a regular presence across an assigned portfolio of gym and leisure centre sites, acting as a HealthHero ambassador within the region.
  • Engage directly with members to promote HealthHero services, educating them on the healthcare and wellbeing benefits available and encouraging utilisation.
  • Build strong relationships with site managers and leisure centre teams to support ongoing awareness and engagement activities.
  • Deliver promotional campaigns, events and in-club activations, ensuring HealthHero branding and marketing materials are consistently visible and up to date.
  • Capture member and site feedback, reporting on activity, insights and engagement outcomes to support continuous improvement and programme growth.

What you will bring (the must-haves):

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to engage with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role such as brand promotion, hospitality, retail, leisure, health & wellbeing, events or customer service.
  • Strong organisation and time management skills with the ability to manage visits across multiple sites independently.
  • Ideally, you will have a full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly within an assigned region.

Desirable Skills (nice-to-haves):

  • Experience working within the fitness, leisure, healthcare or wellbeing sectors.
  • Previous experience as a Brand Ambassador, Membership Advisor, Community Engagement Officer or similar field-based role.
  • Experience delivering promotional campaigns, activation events or community outreach programmes.

  • Work that matters – making healthcare simpler, more accessible and more human
  • Supportive, down-to-earth team with a strong mission and values

Benefits:

  • Hourly Rate: £20 per hour offering a rewarding opportunity to represent one of Europe's leading digital healthcare providers.
  • Flexible part-time role (up to 15 hours per week), providing the autonomy to manage your schedule around site visits and personal commitments.
  • All business travel expenses paid, ensuring you can comfortably travel within your assigned region.
  • Free access to HealthHero services, including digital healthcare and wellbeing support, helping you look after your own health while promoting it to others.
