- Fluency in German (reading and writing).
- University degree in mathematics, IT systems, programming, science, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in data management.
- Familiarity with BCBS 239 and corresponding ECB guidelines, with practical implementation experience.
- Solid understanding of banking IT infrastructures, including architecture, data flows, and system interdependencies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel).
- Proactive, structured, and self-organized work approach.
- Open communication skills and motivation to learn and collaborate.
- Nice-to-have skills: knowledge of data modeling, data governance, modern concepts like data mesh or data fabric, and basic programming skills or understanding of SQL, C, Python, SAS, or R.
Position Overview
As a Data Management Team Member, you will play a crucial role in developing deep expertise in data governance frameworks and contributing to the interpretation and practical implementation of critical regulatory frameworks such as BCBS 239 and EBA/ECB guidelines within client environments.
