- Fluency in German (reading and writing).
- University degree in mathematics, IT systems, programming, science, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in data management.
- Familiarity with BCBS 239 and corresponding ECB guidelines, with practical implementation experience.
- Solid understanding of banking IT infrastructures, including architecture, data flows, and system interdependencies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel).
- Proactive, structured, and self-organized work approach.
- Open communication skills and motivation to learn and collaborate.
- Nice-to-have skills: knowledge of data modeling, data governance, modern concepts like data mesh or data fabric, and basic programming skills or understanding of SQL, C, Python, SAS, or R.
Position Overview
As a Data Management Team Member, you will play a crucial role in developing deep expertise in data governance frameworks and contributing to the interpretation and practical implementation of critical regulatory frameworks such as BCBS 239 and EBA/ECB guidelines within client environments. You will have the opportunity to explore modern data concepts like data mesh, data fabric, and data modeling while enhancing your technical and analytical skills using programming tools such as SQL, C, Python, SAS, and R.
