We are currently seeking a Customer Service Agent to join our dedicated team at the Naas branch. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

The Customer Service Agent Role
As a Customer Service Agent, you will be a key member of our Contact Centre team, responsible for providing excellent service to our customers. Key responsibilities include:
- Taking inbound calls and making outbound calls to resolve a range of customer queries
- Acting as the first point of contact for all new, existing and prospective customers, providing service through your understanding of all business services, products and procedures
- Utilising our in-house systems to log customer queries
- Working towards agreed individual and team targets
Customer Service Agent Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a contact centre environment would be advantageous
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Good IT skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- You may be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role you have applied for
