What you'll do- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for various positions, ensuring timely communication and engagement throughout the hiring process.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of various recruitment techniques and tools to attract diverse talent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Familiarity with the local job market and employment regulations in Singapore.
- Experience in recruiting for tech or digital roles.
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- Proficient in using recruitment platforms and social media for sourcing candidates.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
We will prioritize candidates who already possess the right to work in Singapore and do not require visa sponsorship.
