Senior / Executive, Leasing
Source and identify target tenants and actively pursue new trade and tenant mix to maximize rental revenue and optimize occupancy rate.
Negotiate and managing all assigned renewals, lease agreements and rental rates to align with company expectation and targets.
Assist in coordinating viewings, provide regular leasing reports and update management as and when required and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
Assist in formulating and implementing strategic leasing initiatives aimed at optimizing occupancy rates and rental revenue.
Build networking channels with tenants and agents.
Monitor and track tenant’s performance and compliance with lease agreement.
Conduct market research to keep abreast of retail market and trend.
Degree or Diploma in Real Estate or equivalent
1-2 years’ relevant experience in similar capacity.
Good interpersonal and communication and negotiation skills
Possess positive disposition and a good team player
Self-driven with positive attitude
