THE OPPORTUNITY

A genuine ownership role running one of our flagship Central London centres. This isn't a viewings clerk position or an admin job with a fancy title. This is real leadership, real ownership, and a clear path to Operations Director for someone who proves themselves. You'll run the building. The team, the standards, the community, the commercial performance — all of it. We'll teach you our way, but we're hiring you for who you already are: someone who genuinely loves working with people and knows how to build something special.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

▸ The building, its standards, and its reputation — completely yours to run.

▸ Leading and developing the on-site team through 1-2-1s, performance management, and development plans.

▸ The site P&L and budget — understanding every line and owning the commercial performance.

▸ Creating and maintaining 5-star hotel standards throughout the centre.

▸ Building genuine community among clients and making the space come alive.

▸ Events, occupancy, and team performance targets from month three.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We hire on character first. The operational craft can be taught; your ability to inspire a team and create community cannot. We need someone who lights up a room just by caring about the people in it.

▸ A natural people-person who genuinely loves building teams and communities.

▸ Leadership experience in hospitality or similar environments — you've run teams before.

▸ Mature and reliable, someone who takes feedback and acts on it because they care.

▸ Standards-obsessed — you see what others miss and fix it before anyone notices.

▸ Commercial mindset — you understand what drives success and can read a P&L.

▸ An analytical problem-solver who spots issues early and finds lasting solutions.

WHERE THIS ROLE GOES

You'll report to the Operations Director and work from Dawson House initially, with movement between sites with demand and as the business grows. The progression is clear and proven: Centre Manager to Operations Manager, and for the right person, Operations Director within 2-3 years. This isn't a promise — it's a pattern.
