Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager to strengthen our Sales department across Europe. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, manage relationships with distribution partners, and collaborate with key opinion leaders (KOLs) to drive business growth within our interventional fields of Coronary, Peripheral, Neuro and embolization domains.

THE ROLE

  • Develop sales strategies with distribution partners
  • Conduct market research in assigned territories
  • Manage distribution partners, including performance analysis and corrective actions
  • Build strong relationships with KOLs and physicians
  • Deliver product training to distributors and physicians
  • Support events such as workshops, congresses and other educational programs
  • Provide technical advice and product support to customers
  • Conduct hospital, physician visits and product presentations
  • Travel extensively within Europe including some weekends (First year +/- 65%)
  • Support contract management and regulatory requirements

·       3-5 years of experience managing distribution partners in the medical device industry

·       Fluent in English, preferred Second European languages is a plus

·       Proactive and eager to support colleagues and organisational goal

·       Highly-organized with proven ability to complete tasks on time

·       Affinity with Japanese culture

·       Uphold strong work ethics and maintains professional relationships with colleagues

·       Holds valid EU work and residence permit, based within commuting distance of Amsterdam
