Deine Aufgaben
- Analyse, Aufbereitung und Visualisierung komplexer Datenbestände
- Entwicklung aussagekräftiger Reports, Dashboards und Kennzahlensysteme mit Microsoft Power BI
- Erstellung und Optimierung von Datenmodellen sowie DAX-Abfragen
- Nutzung von Databricks zur Verarbeitung, Analyse und Bereitstellung von Daten
- Aufnahme und Übersetzung fachlicher Anforderungen in geeignete Daten- und BI-Lösungen
- Ableitung konkreter Handlungsempfehlungen aus den Analyseergebnissen
- Planung, Koordination und Begleitung von Data-Analytics- und Business-Intelligence-Projekten
- Abstimmung mit Fachbereichen, IT-Abteilungen und weiteren Projektbeteiligten
- Sicherstellung einer hohen Datenqualität und verständlichen Dokumentation
- Präsentation von Analyseergebnissen gegenüber Fachbereichen und Entscheidungsträgern
Dein Profil
- Praktische Erfahrung im Umgang mit Databricks
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Datenanalyse und Business Intelligence
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Power BI
- Gute Programmier- und Modellierungskenntnisse mit DAX
- Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
- Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und in der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen
- Strukturierte, selbstständige und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse auf verhandlungssicherem Niveau
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse auf verhandlungssicherem Niveau
